To purchase tickets to Commencement Week 2021 activities, click purchase tickets, and then enter your Salve Student I.D. # (as it appears on your I.D., if that doesn't work, try removing the zero in front of the number) when prompted for your "Access Code". You will need to register an account with Eventbrite, if you have not done so already, in order to proceed.

What will Commencement Ball look like and why is there a Side A/B option?
Commencement ball will take place in a split ballroom to allow for easy crowd control and to stay within the social distancing guidelines at the Newport Marriott. When you sign up it is important that you coordinate with your friend group on what side of the ballroom you will be on as THERE IS NO GOING BETWEEN SIDES. The side you sign up for, is the side you will be required to stay on all night.
What are the COVID testing procedures for returning to campus for events?
Keep an eye out in your emails for more information to come regarding testing and COVID-19 policies for your return to campus.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes. Students must have proper ID, which will be required to show at the door, for those that are 21+ and wish to drink.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Students are responsible for finding safe transportation to and from all Commencement Activities. Please plan accordingly. Please be advised that you may be required to pay for parking at some locations in Newport.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. You can show your ticket on your phone at the door. Please be advised that if you have a screen protector or damaged screen you may need to print your ticket as it may not scan.
What is the refund policy?
No refunds will be given. Tickets information can be transfered to another person by logging back into the eventbrite.com website and updating the attendee information. The name on the ticket must match the I.D. at the door.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
We understand that guests may change or you may need to change the name on a ticket.. Please log back into Eventbrite and change that information before the event to avoid an issues the day of the event.
Guest Ticket Policy:
Guest tickets will NOT be available to any senior events due to the coronavirus pandemic and limited spaces at each event.
